Number Portability SCOUT uses a unique triple-play sourcing for gathering porting information. The powerful SCOUT master platform consolidates the various data formats and provides a harmonized query/response data format to customer systems. A successful response comprises MNC (Mobile Network Code) and MCC (Mobile Country Code) whereas unsuccessful queries will be answered with a specific error code. The platform also allows configuration of customer specific patterns for ported number data provisioning.
Global coverage
